Picosure Pro

The PicoSure Pro device delivers 755nm energy in picoseconds; the delivery is so quick that it spares the skin from high thermal damage while optimally targeting unwanted pigment, wrinkles, acne scars and pores with less downtime than traditional lasers.

It also makes tattoo removal even easier. The 755nm wavelength is able to target black, blue, and green tattoo inks, while the optional 532nm wavelength offers effective treatment of “sunset colors”—red, yellow, and orange—which are typically hard to correct.

What Takes Place During a Picosure Treatment?

Treatment Process
Consultation +

A consultation is performed to assess skin type, pigmentation concerns, acne scars, or tattoo removal needs. The treatment plan, expected results, and number of sessions are discussed to ensure suitability and safety.

Preparation +

The treatment area is cleansed, and protective eyewear is provided. Topical numbing may be applied if needed, depending on the treatment area and patient sensitivity.

Process +

PicoSure delivers ultra-short picosecond laser pulses to target pigment and stimulate collagen without damaging surrounding skin. Patients may feel mild warmth or snapping sensations. Treatment typically takes 10–30 minutes.

After +

Temporary redness, swelling, or sensitivity may occur and usually resolve within a few hours to a few days. Patients are advised to avoid sun exposure, heat, and active skincare ingredients, and to use gentle skincare and sun protection.

Results +

Pigmentation gradually lightens, skin texture improves, and collagen production increases over time.
