When you book an appointment, you agree to arrive on time and provide accurate contact information. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We may refuse service if you arrive significantly late and it affects subsequent appointments.

4. Health and Eligibility

You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and conditions before treatment. We reserve the right to decline or postpone services if we determine that a treatment is not appropriate or safe for you.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change. Packages, promotions, and gift certificates may have specific terms and expiry dates.

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may not be available for completed services.
  • Unused package sessions may be subject to our clinic's package policy.
